As  summertime approaches, life has a way of slowing down, yet accelerating at the same time. School is out, the kiddos are home, and the anticipation of the rest and relaxation of summer vacations makes us as giddy as children on Christmas Eve.

For authors who also teach, like yours truly, the summertime means it’s prep time for workshops, readings, signings, and appearances. So for those who are interested in attending one of my events, I thought I’d provide you with a schedule!

Tuesday, May 22, 2018: Unicoi County High School Author Panel & Signing (Time and location coming soon!)

Don’t miss this awesome opportunity to hear UCHS students read excerpts from their published short stories and essays featured in Out of the Blue, an anthology published by the school’s Creative Writing Club. I am so excited to moderate this panel, featuring a talented cast of budding authors. Stick around after the panel and reading for a signing event from the these authors’ works, as well as my own. It’s an honor to be included in this special event!
